Meet Cynthia

She carried that over into her relationship with God, and relied on being a good person to make her right with God. However, Cynthia felt an emptiness inside she couldn’t explain. She shared with her pastor-husband her concerns that she wasn’t really saved. She tried praying to receive Christ but stumbled because of thinking she had to say certain things and say them right. After counsel and prayer, she finally let go and found it was easy to surrender her heart to Christ. In that moment she knew Jesus died for her sins. Cynthia offers advice for anyone who is unsure whether they are truly saved.
